- FREE Delivery in UK for orders £100 and over
- Under £100 delivery costs £6.00
- Bullion bars and coins are subject to delivery and insurance charge, which will be included in its price.
- Stock items will be dispatched within 5-10 working days unless special order e.g. sizing or Bespoke orders.
- Customers will be notified by e mail to confirm.
We will use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Parcel will need to be signed for by recipient.
International
- Cost for international delivery will depend on destination.
- Generally dispatched within 21 business days unless special order.

We at Queens jewellers are happy to send your orders to you with the utmost care and attention. If however you are not completely satisfied with your item then please let us know. We have a 7 day money back guarantee. Like with everything there are a few exceptions;
Goods specifically manufactured or engraved to your own specification will not be refunded or exchanged unless we have made a mistake, when we will either refund or replace the same product of equal value.
Diamond set and patterned wedding rings which have been made to order for customers and need resizing can be done at an additional cost. Please contact us to confirm.
Queens Jewellers cannot accept returns or exchanges for PIERCED Jewellery for hygienic reasons.
We will not accept returned items which have been worn, misused or appeared to have been damaged due to customer negligence. All goods should be inspected upon delivery. Any faulty or incorrect orders should be notified to enquiries@queensjewellers.co.uk within 3 days of receipt by yourselves.
For other items we have a 7 Day money back Guarantee if in perfect condition and security tag not removed or tampered with. Return in original packaging, in a saleable condition. Damaged or used goods will be returned to customer who then be liable for return and handling costs.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods in transit back to us. It is the customers responsibility that returns arrive safely. We recommend secure Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Postage and insurance costs cannot be refunded, as this is the charge we pay for the service provided from our delivery services.
